TAKE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY EXECUTIVE INDICATOR TOOL QUESTIONNAIRE

This organisational wellbeing questionnaire looks at the major risk factors that cause workplace stress. To give you the opportunity to experience it, we have created a version for individual use. You shouldn’t rely on the results for your sample of one, as its purpose is to highlight consistent issues across your organisation.

Organisational results are benchmarked against 136 other cross sector organisation and summaries are provided against the six key areas that cause workplace stress. As well as being a reliable psychometric tool (valid and reliable), research has demonstrated that it does effectively highlight the risks in your organisation, allowing you to take appropriate action.​

We will also work with you to add additional questions, where appropriate, to consider careers, training and any other specific area you might want to address, for example following a restructure or other significant change.

While we do use other questionnaires, the reason this is our preferred tool, is because of its focus on areas where leaders and line managers have the biggest influence and can take action. Click the button below to get started »
