During his corporate career he learnt the importance of helping individuals to self-lead and that wellbeing was such a key factor in developing high performance. He has worked with Olympians and successful business leaders, run programmes to develop women leaders, provides executive coaching and co-founded a national charity, which has seen over 150,000 school students undertake programmes to develop the mindset and skills needed for a more fulfilled and successful life.
Sharon Ferguson is an experienced HR and Learning and Development professional, working with companies such as Sainsbury’s, Thomas International and currently supporting Bard, holding roles at both grass roots and senior management level. She has expertise in psychometrics, covering; behaviour, emotional intelligence, aptitude and ability, 360 assessment and employee engagement tools. These have given her a deep understanding of how to get the best out of others and the role people play in leading the wellbeing of others, as well as managing their own.
Dr Nicola Delglyn (Ostm) uses her skills as a highly qualified therapist, personal trainer and nutritionist to treat patients suffering from a variety of musculo-skeletal workplace repletion and sports injuries. She introduced therapy rooms and gymnasiums for the Post Office in East Anglia to reduce workplace injury and also runs a private Clinic in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Having worked within several Blue Chip companies as a Senior Training Consultant for many years, compiling, writing and executing training programmes, she has a great understanding of work place stress and its effect on the body, physically, mentally and emotionally. Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will practically benefit your leaders and employees and help them realise their full potential through full body therapy, rehabilitation and nutrition.
Amanda Solomons, a former senior leader, has dedicated the last ten years to improving the life of working parents and carers, and other employees looking to find a better life balance. Amanda is nationally accredited by the National Open College Network, Family Caring Trust, Health Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young, Strengthening Families and has trained with the Fatherhood Institute.
