The Wellbeing Accelerator is led by Mark Solomons and Sharon Ferguson-Cuffe. Meeting at Sainsbury's bank in 2003 they realised they shared the same values and beliefs about leadership and working through people to deliver the tough financial results that were expected from them.

They have teamed up on a number of projects in their post banking careers, both in business and in the education sector and their shared passion for building the right culture led to the natural step of creating this company together. Understanding how employee wellbeing and high performance is built through the behaviours of senior leaders and line managers they put together a small specialist team and created their new wellbeing approach. Using measurement, tools and programmes that educate, transform and embed the right behaviours to deliver the best employee experience.
